Players:
Players should:
- Be respectful of teammates, coaches, referees, and spectators
- Encourage good sportsmanship from others
- Play to the best of their ability
- Control their temper and avoid using abusive language
- Respect the referee's authority, even if they disagree with a call
- Show respect to opponents, regardless of their ability
- Be humble when they win and gracious when they lose
- Acknowledge the opposing team after a match
Coaches:
Coaches should:
- Model and advocate for a healthy lifestyle
- Encourage their players to play by the rules and respect others
- Be responsible for the behavior of their team, parents, and fans
Parents:
Parents should:
- Cheer with good sportsmanship and respect for the other team
- Teach their players to learn from the game
- Find the positive aspects of their child's performance
- Thank the referee after the game, regardless of the result
- Support the learning of the players, coaches, and referees
- Leave the coaching to the coach during the game
